Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery being made. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, any items that are returned in damaged or used condition will not be accepted for an exchange. Full shipping charges via Australia Post will be passed on for any exhanges.
We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, however we will provide a credit note. Return freight in this instance will be at your own cost.
In the event that you have received a faulty item Goose & Dust will cover shipping costs incurred and will gladly refund your purchase, please contact us to discuss.
